Solstice Wins Three Communicator Awards

Dental insurer Solstice Benefits, Inc.,(Solstice) was named a Communicator Award winner for the sixth consecutive year, earning two Awards of Excellence (the highest achievement) and an Award of Distinction for their marketing content. They were recognized for a consumer video, a consumer blog post and an insurance broker marketing brochure. The content pieces and specific awards are as follows:

    COMMUNICATOR AWARD OF DISTINCTION

  • Does Charcoal Toothpaste Really Work? We tested it! - In this consumer blog, the Solstice writer tests out and compares the trendy charcoal powder and toothpaste. This is a hot topic and one of Solstice’s best-performing blog posts with respect to traffic.

    The Communicator Awards, one of the largest award programs of its kind, selected Solstice’s content from over 6,000 entries from around the world.

    According to the American Academy of Periodontology, 50 percent of Americans over age 30 have periodontitis (i.e.64.7 million people), a dental disease connected to heart disease and other medical conditions. Additionally, dental decay continues to be the #1 most common childhood illness impacting youths between ages six to 19. With these statistics in mind, providing engaging and understandable content about the importance of oral health and its impact on overall health, is vital for organizations in the industry, that prioritize the overall health and wellness of consumers.
