What is the Max Multiplier™ Program?

Use your dental benefit at least once during the covered benefit year and earn awards. Awards have no cash value, but may be applied toward future dental expenses under program rules. Each family member you include on your plan is eligible to earn his or her own awards. If the total of your claims we pay falls below the set threshold amount (refer to table, annual claim threshold), an ward is set up for you at the end of the benefit period. You can even collect a bonus award, with a $100 value, if we pay all claims during the benefit period to in-network providers.
When you exceed your annual maximum, the accumulated awards will automatically be applied to claims. Your awards accumulated year-over-year until you reach 75% of your benefit's annual maximum. If you do not use your plan during a benefit year, you will not collect additional awards, but your accumulated awards will carry over to the subsequent benefit period(s).
