Solstice Benefits, Inc. Receives Better Business Bureau Accreditation

March 04, 2013 - Plantation, FL

Solstice Benefits, Inc. recently earned accreditation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB advances marketplace trust by creating a community of trustworthy businesses, encouraging and supporting best practices, and celebrating marketplace role models.

“We are thrilled that the Better Business Bureau felt Solstice met its competitive standards for joining the organization,” said Solstice COO Carlos Ferrera. “At Solstice, we set the bar high for the values to which the BBB is committed: excellence, integrity, teamwork, trust and respect. We strive to do our best in all we do, we are accountable to our members in providing first-rate service, we’re honest in our business activities and we treat people with respect.”

The BBB exists so consumers and businesses have an unbiased guide in matters of trust. The bureau provides free educational information and expert advice, and offers objective information on businesses. BBB businesses have agreed to uphold the organization’s Standards for Trust—a policy of best practices for how businesses should treat consumers—which include:

• Build trust
• Advertise honestly
• Tell the truth
• Be transparent
• Honor promises
• Be responsive
• Safeguard privacy
• Embody integrity

“Being BBB accredited is an honor,” said Ferrera. “Not all companies are eligible. I’m proud that the BBB agrees that Solstice is a business that is dedicated to quality and excellence in our business practices—every day.”
