Solstice Benefits Saw RED on Friday, February 4th

February 04, 2011

Solstice employees saw red on Friday, February 4th as they celebrated National Wear Red Day, as part of their support in the 2011 American Heart Association’s Broward Heart Walk. Solstice employees wore red in support of heart health and the Go Red for Women campaign.

Solstice has partnered with the American Heart Association and is proud to be a corporate sponsor of the Broward Heart Walk and the association’s Go Red for Women movement in South Florida. National Wear Red Day brings attention to the No.1 killer of Florida and American females – cardiovascular disease. In addition to their support on National Wear Red Day, Solstice will be hosting a booth at the March 19th 5k walk at Nova Southeastern University.

Periodontal disease is linked to heart disease, and Solstice is committed to increasing awareness of the Oral Health / Heart Health connection.
