Upon submission of your application, you can expect to hear from a Solstice representative in 3 business days to complete your application and begin the credentialing process.

We are currently recruiting in the following states:

Solstice Healthplans of Texas, Inc. (SHPTX), a UnitedHealthcare Dental Company, 7901 SW 6th Court, Suite 400, Plantation, FL 33324, is a single service dental HMO. SHPTX is accepting applications from qualified individuals to become participating providers of Dental Service between January 23, 2025, and February 12, 2025.
