Solstice Offers New Critical Illness Plans in New York State

Solstice Health Insurance Company (SHIC) has launched critical illness plans in the state of New York, one of the few carriers in the state offering these services.
This group policy offers employees, as well as spouses or children, coverage for the seven most common illnesses:

According to the American Association for Critical Illness Insurance, more than 600,000 Americans now have critical illness coverage. "As a result of our client demand for critical illness products, we are excited to offer this option to our New York customers," said Brian Correia, Director of Client Services and Sales at SHIC. "Providing critical illness coverage supports our mission to improve the lives we serve by offering financial support for families diagnosed with these diseases."
