Solstice Named One of South Florida’s 2021 Top Workplaces to Work by the Sun Sentinel

June 16, 2021 - Plantation, FL

For the second consecutive year, Solstice has been awarded the 2021 Top Workplaces honor by The Sun Sentinel. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey overseen by Energage. The survey measures several aspects of a business’s workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. This year, the Sun Sentinel surveyed over 30,000 employees, with more than 130 South Florida businesses participating. The Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces List consisted of 90 employers ranked as the best places to work in 2021 based on strict standards for organizational health and employee feedback.

This is Solstice’s third time being recognized on the Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces list. “Our employees are the heart and soul of this company,” said Solstice COO Carlos Ferrera. “Being included on Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces list is a validation of our commitment to our family-like atmosphere and all the work our employees put into sustaining it while upholding our values in their work each day. We are very honored to be named again this year.”

At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Solstice quickly shifted all employees to a work-from-home setting. Solstice prides themselves on making it through 2020 while retaining every employee, their company culture, and their continued pattern of growth as they expand nationally – certainly wonderful reasons for Solstice workers to vote their company a ‘Top Workplace.'
