Solstice Employee Commended by City of Opa-Locka

Solstice Senior Account Manager, Jim Moore, was highly recognized by the City of Opa-Locka on Friday, November 30th, on company grounds. A framed letter from the city’s mayor was presented to Moore in recognition of his excellent customer service and dedication to clients by Kierra Ward, Human Resource Director for Opa-Locka.
It was outlined that Moore’s “quick response time, courteousness and willingness to go the extra mile to provide assistance” were some of the many qualities that stood out to the City of Opa-Locka staff. When presented the award, Ward stated that her life at work has been much easier through her partnership with Solstice and went as far as to state that she “trust[ed] Jim with my own job”.
Moore, humbled to receive the letter of recognition, graciously thanked the city for the honor. Moore stated, “It is truly an honor to receive this award and to be recognized by the city in such a grand way. I’m glad that I have been able to make a positive impact at your office, and hope that your team continues to be impressed by the work we do here at Solstice.”
