A Year of Sales – Solstice Presents Their Agents with the Stellar Performer Award

Six Solstice sales representatives were given the “Stellar Performer Award” for their impressive sales record throughout 2012. The entire sales group, in accordance with the company management team, gathered at Solstice headquarters to congratulate the winners.

Solstice Sales Director, Brian Correia, showed great pride in his team as he briefed the audience on the accomplishments of each sales representative who were then presented with personalized awards. Each awarded sales agent showed excellence in one of three areas: annualized premium, client retention rate, and revenue increase, for their respective territories. Among the awardees were:
• Mark Sofia with $1,023,342.32 in Annualized Premium
• Maria Rodriguez with $1,668,391.01 in Annualized Premium
• Missy Lamp as Rookie Rep of 2012
• Gabriel Gauthier with a 93.2% Client Retention Rate
• Jim Moore with $94,341 in Revenue Increase
• Jillian Wilden with 25.7% in Revenue Increase

Due to efforts from the sales team, Solstice has grown exponentially within the past year, primarily in new regions the company has expanded to in the Northeast. “Considering all the hurdles and obstacles in our way during 2012, we were able to overcome them and have a good year of sales for Solstice.”, said Correia, “Looking back and seeing how far we’ve come assures me that 2013 is going to be even better”.
