Cindy DePorter, Solstice’s Vice President of Sales in Plantation, FL, is a tenured executive with 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

At Solstice, Cindy is responsible for driving sales growth within the organization through strategic corporate partnerships on a national and local level and collaborating with Solstice’s sales executives to deepen existing broker and consultant relationships as Solstice embarks on a multi-state expansion. As a leader in the expansion, Cindy has identified and achieved opportunities for the company to quickly establish a footprint in the new territories. Further, through creative event marketing, Cindy helped drive 18% growth in quote activity in the South Florida market in the latter part of 2019. Prior to joining Solstice, Cindy spent 15 years at UnitedHealthcare and 18 years at Cigna. Cindy studied Business Management at Nova Southeastern University.
